We accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Select Health, United Healthcare, Beacon, Galaxy, Wise, and EMI Health.

We also accept personal cash payments. Contact us for cash rate pricing.

Billing

Our Billing Department is  Evergreen Billing Solutions.  They are a small family owned billing company that takes pride in their ability to care of my practice and my patients.  Brandy has been a CPC since 2010 and Hayden has been doing medical billing since 2016.
