Joseph’s approach is simple: he meets clients exactly where they are — with respect, dignity, and genuine kindness. He believes healing happens in spaces free from judgment, where clients feel safe enough to explore their challenges, build new skills, and grow into who they want to be. Central to his work is helping clients recognize and build on the strengths they already carry within them.

Joseph has a particular passion for men’s mental health. Too often, men are expected to shoulder life’s hardest moments in silence. He works to change that — creating a space where men can speak openly about their struggles without judgment, comparison, or stigma.

Joseph works with children, teens, adults, and couples facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. His practice draws on evidence-based modalities — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strength-based approaches — tailored to fit each individual’s needs.

Joseph holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology. Before transitioning to mental health, he worked in personal training and first response — experiences that gave him a deep respect for resilience, discipline, and the powerful connection between physical and mental well-being.
