Cassidy earned her undergraduate degree in marriage and family studies from Brigham Young University, Idaho. She continued her education at Walden University, obtaining a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Cassidy has experience with a diverse clientele, including children ages eight and up, teens, individuals, and families. Cassidy has worked with various issues, including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and sexual misconduct (teen girls).

Cassidy is passionate about fostering client well-being through person-centered and strength-based approaches. She utilizes many therapeutic techniques, including modalities such as CBT and mindfulness. With the right tools, she believes each person can conquer what life brings their way and focuses on empowering clients to navigate their challenges. Cassidy’s main priority is providing a safe and non judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She is always excited to get together with friends and family. She enjoys reading a good book and can never resist a sweet treat.–
