When anxiety or intrusive thoughts begin to take over, the right tools and support can help you regain control.

Joe is a dedicated mental health professional who works with teens (13+) and adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related concerns. He focuses on helping clients better understand their thoughts and behaviors while building practical skills to reduce anxiety and restore balance.

His work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and exposure-based therapies, which are particularly effective for treating OCD and anxiety disorders.

Joe believes that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. He strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel understood and empowered to face challenges, build resilience, and move toward lasting growth.

Originally from the Washington, DC area, Joe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Utah and is currently completing his Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University.

Outside of his professional work, Joe enjoys exploring the outdoors, playing sports, reading, and riding his motorcycle. He also values spending quality time with his wife and children, which brings balance and fulfillment to his life.

If OCD or anxiety are interfering with your life, Joe offers specialized, evidence-based support to help you regain control and confidence.
