Jenni is an experienced therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult seasons with clarity, compassion, and practical tools for change. She specializes in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, and trauma, providing personalized care tailored to each client’s unique story and goals.
Jenni works with a diverse range of clients, including adults, teens, couples, and families. Her professional background includes extensive experience providing mental health and substance use treatment within the correctional system, where she developed a deep understanding of complex trauma, addiction, and resilience.
Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Jenni is skilled in trauma-focused care and integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches into her work, including Solution-Focused Therapy and other effective therapeutic modalities. Her style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented—helping clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Jenni earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Studies from the University of Utah and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and going to the movies.
