Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step? You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Cody works with teens (16+), adults, and couples, helping them move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. He has extensive experience addressing concerns such as social anxiety, sports performance anxiety, generalized anxiety, ADHD, dating and relationship struggles, marital conflict, parenting challenges, school or work stress, major life transitions, existential questions, and grief.

Cody’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and mindfulness practices. By blending these approaches, he helps clients better understand the root of their struggles while building practical tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and restore balance. He believes in empowering individuals to reshape their self-perception and step into the best version of themselves.

Cody prioritizes creating a therapeutic environment grounded in strong rapport, trust, and genuine connection. His work is built on acceptance, collaboration, and a non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore growth and change.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Cody is a licensed social worker who earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Utah. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reviewing movies, collecting shoes and vinyl records, playing basketball and golf, and maintaining a regular meditation practice.

Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, anxiety, or life transitions, Cody provides a supportive and practical approach to help you build clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
