You deserve a life that feels peaceful, connected, and meaningful—even when life has been difficult. Healing doesn’t mean the absence of challenges; it means developing the insight, resilience, and boundaries that allow you to move through them with clarity and confidence. If you’re ready to do meaningful inner work, Shandy would be honored to walk alongside you.

Shandy integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based, solution-focused approaches to support clients in creating lasting change. She believes therapy is more than problem-solving—it’s a space for deep self-discovery, where self-awareness and self-compassion can transform the way you relate to yourself and others.

Outside of her work at Herriman Counseling, Shandy teaches social work students at UVU and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

If you’re ready to better understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want, Shandy would be honored to guide you on that journey.
