I graduated from the University of Utah with a master’s degree in Social Work. I also have an undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy and maintain a TRS license. I have worked in wilderness therapy, residential treatment, acute psychiatric, outpatient therapy, and long-term care.I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my primary modality . I also use Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Method, and I am well versed in 12 Step recovery programs and alternative recovery communities.Areas of expertise:
