Sometimes the strongest step you can take is asking for support.

Joe has experience working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. His therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based practices that help clients identify and build upon their existing abilities, empowering them to strengthen their mental and emotional health.

Joe is also passionate about supporting men’s mental health. He understands that many men are often expected to carry life’s pressures silently, and he strives to create a space where men can speak openly about their struggles without judgment, comparison, or stigma.

Joe believes in meeting clients exactly where they are with respect, dignity, and kindness. He prioritizes creating a judgment-free environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges, learn new skills, and grow. His work focuses on helping individuals recognize and elevate the unique strengths they already possess.

Joe is currently working toward his Master of Social Work at the University of Utah, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology. Before entering the mental health field, Joe spent years working in personal training and first response roles, experiences that shaped his deep respect for resilience, discipline, and the importance of caring for both physical and mental well-being.

Outside of his clinical work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, practicing martial arts, hunting, and being outdoors in nature.

If you’re ready to explore new tools, strengthen your mental health, and create meaningful change, Joe is here to help you move forward.
