Healing begins in a space where you can be fully, authentically yourself. If you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or relationship challenges, you don’t have to do it alone.

Julia is a compassionate therapist who supports individuals working through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, religious trauma, childhood trauma, and carceral experiences. She has a strong background working with LGBTQ+ clients and survivors of domestic violence, and is especially passionate about helping people better understand their inner world—so they can build self-compassion, clarity, and healthier patterns.

Her approach integrates Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy with a focus on how early experiences shape current relationships and emotional patterns.

Julia creates a space where clients feel safe to open up, process deeply, and grow into a more empowered, self-aware version of themselves.

She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology with a clinical emphasis and her Master of Social Work from the University of Utah, specializing in mental health therapy.

Outside of the office, Julia enjoys spending time with loved ones, running, hiking, traveling, concerts, and pickleball.
