With years of experience across a variety of clinical settings, Leslie has worked with a diverse range of clients navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other mental health concerns. She is passionate about supporting individuals through difficult seasons of life and helping them move from distress toward greater peace, stability, and resilience. Leslie strives to create a supportive, compassionate environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Leslie integrates several evidence-based therapeutic approaches into her work, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Her approach is strengths-based and collaborative, focusing on helping clients recognize their inner resources while developing practical tools to manage challenges and improve emotional well-being.
Leslie is a dedicated therapist with a strong academic foundation in psychology and social work. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Social Work at Arizona State University.
Outside of her professional work, Leslie enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures. She values the connections and perspectives gained through new experiences, which continue to enrich both her personal life and her work with clients.
