Anxiety doesn’t have to control your life — healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

She specializes in treating adults with anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), and body dysmorphia concerns. She is also passionate about supporting individuals through grief, loss, and significant life changes.

Autumn’s strengths include creating a safe, inclusive, and deeply connective therapeutic environment. She emphasizes self-compassion and values-based living as foundations for growth and self-acceptance. Taking a holistic approach, she integrates both mental and physical wellness to help clients achieve greater balance and resilience.

Her work incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Through these approaches, Autumn helps clients face fears, build coping skills, and move toward a more meaningful and empowered life.

Autumn is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing since 2014, with 18 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked across diverse levels of care, including outpatient therapy, inpatient treatment, and residential programs. Autumn especially enjoys working with teens and adults, helping them navigate anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth.

Outside of her clinical work, Autumn enjoys spending time in nature, creating art, attending live music events, sipping Diet Coke, playing board games, and watching movies with her family.

If anxiety, OCD, or life transitions are interfering with your sense of peace, Autumn offers compassionate support and proven tools to help you regain confidence and balance.
