Hi, I’m Brandon! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the mental health field since 2014 with experience in residential, intensive outpatient, university counseling center, and crisis intervention services. I graduated from the University of Utah with my master’s in Social Work (2022) and my master’s in Health and Kinesiology (2019), with a Sport and Exercise Psychology emphasis. I specialize in supporting individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), panic disorder, and specific phobias. Supporting individuals through life transitions and helping athletes/performers with mental performance consulting are additional areas of expertise.

I recognize that this is your therapeutic journey, not mine to dictate. Together, we will identify your values and introduce skills that will support you in taking meaningful, intentional actions. Through education and training I have built a repertoire of treatments that we can use to meet your needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Self-Compassion, and Mental Skills training. I look forward to meeting you and working with you on your journey towards a values-driven life. I see clients ages 12 and up.

Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy biking, playing board and video games with my family, singing, playing and watching sports, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy finding and trying new recipes and restaurants.
